About Innate Healing Center

Founder Dr. Suzzy Ndiritu, PhD I-MD, AGPCNP-C

My journey as a Nurse Practitioner, including extensive experience as a hospitalist, showed me that conventional medicine often falls short in addressing the root causes of illness, especially those stemming from stress. This motivated me to pursue a PhD and a Doctorate in Integrative Medicine. I now specialize in a client-centered approach that empowers individuals to pause, listen to their body's signals, and engage in their own healing. By integrating evidence-based techniques like heart rate variability (HRV) training and mindfulness meditation, I partner with clients to navigate and overcome stress, build greater resilience, and achieve a state of optimal health and wellness.
